Spring 2021
In Eunoia retreat You will experience slow and tranquil wellness mornings with a cup of tea or coffee. All will follow by invigorating practise of yoga or pilates. Then a shower before the most deserved brunch. Your brunch will always be fresh&healthy – prepared using exclusively organic and local raw products. Everything will be freshly collected in the vegetable garden (aromatic herbs, tomatoes, apples, olives, onions, courgettes and others). Then it’s all up to you. You can simply relax – read a book, enjoy afternoon naps or book a massage. Otherwise, for the adventurous – explore surrounding villages for your local experience. Early evening we will have another practise whilst enjoying the sunset and end with deep relaxation leaving you all cosy and blissed for yummiest dinner courses.
There is nothing more relaxing than to surrender to the inner callings of the heart – this is the time for you to unwind, relax and experience something new, which we hope You will carry with You back home in Your heart & soul! All you have to do through it all is relax.

Lina founded, managed, and operated Egoist Body Studios in the centre of London for ten years. She also organized yoga and pilates retreats worldwide including destinations like Bali, Morocco, Tenerife, and Lithuania as well as many supper clubs for her clients in London. She is Body Control Pilates (BCP) trained Pilates teacher holding Body Control Pilates matwork (Level 3) qualification with further certificates in intermediate and advanced matwork, classical mat, as well as Pilates with band, foam roller, balls and magic circle plus pregnancy Pilates as well as studio equipment courses.
After finishing high school Aiste graduated in Political Science and International Relations. Being a natural explorer then she travelled and lived in Lyon, London and settled in Milan for her studies at Istituto Marangoni in interior and product design. Through all those travels her best companion became a carry on suitcase and yoga classes. Once she met Jivamukti, it was love at first sight and there was no way back. The Jivamukti yoga method was created by David Life and Sharon Gannon who brought Jivamukti Yoga to New York City in 1984. Would Aiste call herself a yogini? She is definitely on her way of becoming.
‘Puglia is so rural and authentic – there are very small producers who use antique methods and [there’s] still this strong culture of craftsmanship. I try to express the environment around me through my cooking. There is a light in Puglia that you can’t really imagine – and you can see tiny differences [because of the light] with the produce and its flavour. It’s incredible to taste the first spoonful of olive oil from a new harvest, and being able to use produce from our own trees is so unique.’
