“If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won’t have to hear it scream.“
10 nights, 14 girls and 1000 smiles
An experience that gathered like minded for an adventure where we changed locations, shared emotions and practiced ways of being the best version of ourselves. Throughout the 10 days we have not only practiced yoga with Kevin, pilates with Lina, eat healthy, had the most wonderful massage experiences, but also visited temples, rice fields, immersed into a wonderful gastronomic experience in one of the best Asian restaurants Locavore – if only to name the few.
When we think that a retreat is something You are capable of doing for a long weekend – we can promise, it is definitely not the case if You are with sisters in Bali.
Places we stayed at
Nestled on the banks of the Ayung River, Five lements, Puri Ahimsa, is an award- winning eco-conscious wellness retreat deeply rooted in the ancient traditions of Bali, making it a peaceful sanctuary to embrace authentic Balinese Healing, Living Foods and Sacred Arts.
Here “living well” is inspired by Balinese culture, which encourages us to nurture harmony with spirit, the environment and with one another. Holistic integrative approach is designed to tune in to the physical, emotional and spiritual levels, allowing an organic healing process to naturally unfold.
To relax in a charming eco lodge in the middle of rice paddies, nestled on the hillside. This collection of antique, teak homes is called “Bambu Indah”, which translates to “beautiful bamboo.”
Bambu Indah is a radically distinctive boutique hotel carefully curated by designers and long term residents of Bali, John and Cynthia Hardy. In 2005, eleven antique Javanese bridal homes were brought to Bali, restored, and decorated with the finest details. It’s a perfect venue for a safe and peaceful haven where butterflies, ethnic statues and greenery mingle around traditional little Javanese huts.
Elegantly sitting cliff-front on the southern Indian Ocean with expansive views and amazing sunsets – it could simply become your favorite place to find stillness and peace. Few steps away from the ocean, villa offers all that You could dream of – open spaces, top to bottom windows facing the ocean, private swimming pool and cozy private rooms. Where else would one love to practice yoga if not facing the ocean? Where else would one want to dream about the future if not facing the blue horizons?
