A full sequence of intense yoga practice where all of the five principles of jivamukti yoga are incorporated – shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (kindness), nada (music), dhyana (meditation). The class is designed on the basis of classical yoga teachings as relevant to one’s life on and off the mat – it involves breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, inversions, forward and backward bends as well as relaxation and meditation. This can become your regular practice which you could practice when You have more than one hour and feel that You need to get back to yourself and also sweat a little – because what if not a little move here and there in a correct way made our days a little brighter (at least that is what I heard those yogis telling me (: )
