This practice is dedicated to concentration and to heightening your mood. The gentle yoga flow is structured in a way that you would have time to find your breath during each asana as well as calm your mind and find concentration in each of the yoga posture. The following asanas will be practiced with verbal cues – utthita trikonasana, parsvottanasana, reverse virabhadrasana and other asanas that require attention yet are open to all levels. Try to keep your breath in line with each asana and do not rush, stop whenever needed and start again if your body needs more time. It is a practice dedicated to your body, so feel free to stay in any asana as long as your body needs. Once you start memorising the practice – find concentration in the flow of movements, become your own breath.
